GRIMALDI & PARTNERS AG obtains Finma license in record time

Zurich-based Grimaldi & Partners AG has received approval from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (Finma) to operate as an independent asset manager in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act (Finig).

We are among the few Swiss independent asset management companies that have received the FINMA license in accordance with Fidleg/Finig. So far, 10 to 20 percent of the almost 2,200 EAMs in Switzerland who currently have such a permit are or are on the way to one.
